Built in 1922 and bought by prohibition-era gangster Al Capone in 1928, the property, now renamed 93 Palm, is one of Miami’s oldest and most notorious estates. With its team of experts, MB America represented an overseas property investor in the purchase of 93 Palm, rescued and restored it. In fact, despite previous maintenance, 93 Palm was in a state of progressive deterioration and had reached a point where it needed a thorough repair. For this property, MB America advised the client to undertake an extensive refurbishment to reinforce the house’s structures and revitalize the house bringing out its original glamour and splendor. The property has been meticulously refurbished to the most luxurious of standards to provide a luxurious livable space as well as an unrivaled setting for high profile photo and video productions. The refurbishment was completed within 6 months with many original features of the building retained and enhanced.
